When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information, so you can monitor your delivery.
During peak times (such as holidays) or due to unexpected weather or carrier delays, processing may take a bit longer. We will keep you informed about any delays affecting your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

4. Domestic Shipping

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Dr. Jarrett’s Science Shenanigans is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an address error is identified after the order has been processed, please contact us immediately to correct the address before it is shipped.
6. Order Tracking

7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or processing a refund, depending on your preference.
In the event that your package is lost during transit, please contact us right away so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier. Dr. Jarrett’s Science Shenanigans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
